Can I try Pro or Enterprise before committing?
Yes. Start with the Free plan and upgrade at any time from within the app. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to all features in your new plan.
How does billing work?
All billing is handled through the Shopify App Store. Your subscription appears on your regular Shopify invoice. No separate account or payment method is needed.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens to my banners if I downgrade?
If you downgrade to a plan with a lower active banner limit, your excess banners will be paused (not deleted). You can reactivate them by upgrading again or by removing banners to fit within your plan limit.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available for Pro and Enterprise plans at a 20% discount. Select annual billing during checkout on the Shopify App Store.
Is there a trial period for paid plans?
Pro and Enterprise plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial period at no charge.
