Banner Content

We store the banner configurations, images, text, and settings you create within the app. This data is stored on our servers solely for the purpose of rendering banners on your storefront.

For merchants on Pro and Enterprise plans, we collect banner impression and engagement data to provide performance analytics. This data is anonymized and does not include personally identifiable information about your customers.

Account Information

We collect your email address and billing information through Shopify's secure billing system. We do not store credit card details directly.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Banner Bird application

We retain your data for as long as your Banner Bird installation is active. When you uninstall the app, we delete your banner data and analytics within 30 days. Store account information is retained for legal and accounting purposes for up to 5 years.
